Botox Isn’t the Only Neurotoxin
Botulinum toxin has been in use since the 1970s. Over the past few years this has been extended for cosmetic and non-cosmetic use.

A lot of people don’t even know that there’s other neurotoxins out there besides Botox. I get it Botox is the household name, but just like there are different brands of water, there are also different forms of Botox.

There’s other Neurotoxins out there besides Botox?

When this toxin is injected, it blocks the nerves from releasing acetylcholine to the muscle thus decreasing muscle contraction minimizing the appearance of those pesky wrinkles.

Comparing (BoNT-A) Injections

The active ingredient in each of these four products is Botulinum Type A (BoNT-A), but each type features different combinations that can affect the way the substances work within your body. Let’s break down the subtle differences between each of them.
