Redefine Your Eyebrows

MICROBLADING

WHAT IS MICROBLADING?

Microblading is a beauty treatment that has gained popularity over the last few years. It’s a semi-permanent makeup procedure where tiny needles are used to create hair-like strokes in the eyebrow area. The result is natural-looking, fuller eyebrows that can last anywhere between one to three years. Unlike traditional eyebrow tattooing, microblading involves depositing pigment into the superficial layers of the skin, giving it a more natural appearance. It’s a great option for those who have sparse or thin eyebrows, or for those who want to wake up with beautiful brows without the hassle of daily makeup application.

What to Expect

Microblading is suitable for both men and women with sparse, missing or uneven eyebrows, offering a fuller and more even appearance that mimics real hairs. It is the most natural looking way to enhance brows

The first step of the process is a consultation, which can be conducted either in person or virtually, where we encourage you to ask any questions you may have. Once you have completed the consultation process, we will schedule your microblading appointment. During the appointment, we will discuss your unique bone structure and review your desired brow look, ensuring a perfect fit for your face shape. The we will meticulously craft the ideal color, numbing you for your comfort, and apply the ink. You should experience little to no pain during the entire service although you will likely feel tenderness in the freshly microbladed area for approximately 2 days.

The final step of the process is the perfecting session which takes place 6-8 weeks from the date of your initial visit. At this point you will be fully healed, and any necessary adjustments can be made to ensure your brows are just as you envisioned.

FAQs for Microblading

DOES IT HURT?

Permanent Makeup is a form of tattooing and many of us associate great pain with a tattoo-BUT that is not the case with the modern advances in permanent makeup. Our tools and ink are very precise and create the least amount of trauma possible and you will be happy to know that we also use numbing agents to be sure your service is as comfortable as possible with little to NO pain at all.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MICROBLADING AND REGULAR TATTOOING?

First, traditional body tattooing use electric tools and the needle will penetrate both the first and second layer of your skin (epidermis and dermis) when depositing ink. A Microblading procedures involves pigments deposited by a manual hand tool, drawing very precise and fine lines, and only penetrating the first layer of your skin (epidermis). Therefore, Microblading results are much more subtle than traditional tattooing, giving you a natural looking enhancement while also creating depth through a 3D illusion.

WHAT IS THE DOWNTIME FOR MY PROCEDURE?

With permanent makeup we are implanting ink under the layer of skin and creating a wound. The healing process takes about 7-10 days, but you can return to work the very same day with almost no noticeable wound at all. We do advise new clients book their Microblading appointments at least 1 month in advance of vacations, weddings, and other special occasions (remember, there’s also a Touch up appointment). This allows adequate time for healing of both your initial Microblading procedure as well as the Touch-Up appointment. Touch-up appointments are typically done 6 weeks+.
