What to Expect
After your initial microblading session, your skin should heal in 25 to 30 days. It’ll likely feel tender and painful at first, but this will go away over time. Your brows will also darken and lighten before revealing their final color. It’s normal for your skin to flake and peel as healing takes place. It’s very important to allow for the skin to naturally flake and peel(do not peel or scratch during the healing process). After you are healed – we will have you come back for a follow up & touch up around the 6 weeks.
No. Microblading is broken up into two separate visits. Your initial visit is where your actual microblading appointment will take place, while your second visit is a follow up. Microblading follow up appointments must be booked 6+ weeks after your initial microblading visit.
NO! Semi-Permanent makeup is done using a cosmetic tattooing process and our eyebrow pigmentation unique artistry guarantees soft, natural looking eyebrows.
First, traditional body tattooing use electric tools and the needle will penetrate both the first and second layer of your skin (epidermis and dermis) when depositing ink. A Microblading procedures involves pigments deposited by a manual hand tool, drawing very precise and fine lines, and only penetrating the first layer of your skin (epidermis). Therefore, Microblading results are much more subtle than traditional tattooing, giving you a natural looking enhancement while also creating depth through a 3D illusion.
We advise new clients to book their Microblading appointments 1 month in advance of vacations, weddings, and other special occasions (remember, there’s also a Touch up appointment). This allows adequate time for healing of both your initial Microblading procedure as well as the Touch-Up appointment. Touch-up appointments are typically done 6 weeks+.
